RentPass Store provides digital access to the game or software shown on the product page for the plan selected at checkout. Products are delivered digitally; no physical disc, box, or other item is shipped.

Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, an order provides access for use and does not transfer ownership of the game, software, account, or underlying license to the buyer.

The plan name, duration, and price shown at checkout form part of your order. Timed access begins when working access details are delivered or otherwise made available to you.

A plan described as Lifetime is not a transfer of ownership. It means ongoing access under the product conditions shown at purchase, subject to platform availability, publisher restrictions, account security, and compliance with these terms.

Delivery starts only after payment is successfully verified. Access details or instructions may be delivered through your RentPass account, seller chat, or registered inbox. Most verified orders are handled promptly, but delays can occur because of verification, platform maintenance, account availability, or security checks.

You must provide accurate order information and keep access to your registered account. If delivery is delayed, use the signed-in Contact page or seller chat so the order can be checked securely.

• Use the supplied access only for the purchased duration and intended product.
• Do not change passwords, recovery details, security settings, region, or account ownership information.
• Do not share, sell, copy, publish, or transfer credentials to another person.
• Do not use cheats, fraud, abusive conduct, unauthorized software, or anything that risks an account or platform ban.
• Follow the delivery instructions and sign out when your access period ends.

Access may be suspended without replacement where misuse, credential sharing, tampering, or a serious platform-rule violation is detected.

Prices and the selected duration are confirmed before payment. Buyers should verify the product and plan before paying. A pending order is not complete until payment verification succeeds.

If RentPass Store cannot provide the purchased access, support will review the order and may offer corrected access, a suitable replacement, order cancellation, or another appropriate resolution. Completed or already-used digital access is normally not reversible simply because the buyer changes their mind. Any payment reversal or refund remains subject to verification and the circumstances of the order.

We collect only the information needed to create and secure your account, verify payments, deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain service records. This may include your account details, order history, payment references, support messages, device or session information, and limited visit-security data.

We do not publicly display your private contact details. Information may be processed by essential payment, email, hosting, security, and service providers only as needed to operate the store or comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

You are responsible for securing your RentPass account and for activity performed through it. Report suspicious access promptly through the signed-in support options. We may pause an order or account while investigating suspected fraud, misuse, chargebacks, or security risks.

Game and platform services are operated by third parties. Maintenance, outages, publisher decisions, regional restrictions, or platform changes may temporarily affect availability and are not controlled by RentPass Store.

These terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements, or delivery methods change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. Terms applying to an existing order will be interpreted with the product and plan information shown when that order was placed.
